When you register for our events through external registration platforms:

• You understand that event registration is subject to the terms of the registration platform
• Event registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise

As an event attendee, you agree to:

• Respect all event staff, speakers, sponsors, and fellow attendees
• Not engage in disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior
• Not engage in illegal activities or solicitation

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove individuals from events who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

5. Photo and Video Release

By attending our events, you consent to the taking of photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of yourself and agree that these materials may be used in promotional materials, publications, website, social media, and other media without additional consent or compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform event staff immediately upon arrival.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are handled by the external registration platform used for each event. Each event may have different cancellation policies. Please check the specific event's registration page for cancellation details. We recommend reviewing the registration platform's terms before completing your registration.

Event attendees agree to comply with all health and safety protocols established for each event. During public health emergencies, events may be cancelled, postponed, or converted to virtual format at the discretion of organizers. In such cases, tickets will be refunded according to the registration platform's policy.
